Microfilming

Microfilming is the captioning of document images through a classic photographic process called Microfilm.

This solution, according to the law in Portugal can have the same legal effects as the original documents, allowing its elimination after microfilming.

• Reel duplication.

In the microfilming process two reels are produced: the silver reel goes to the permanent archive and the diazo reel goes to consultation.

4. Technical target (To measure the lines in film)
5. Closing and Opening terms obeying the ISO norms and internal documents

8. Chemical control
9. Inspection
10. Indexation in the Reel Boxes
11. Indexation in the register book with the process number and in digital support
12. Matrix reels to be permanently archived will be delivered in Accid Free card boxes and Accid Free strap also
13. The reels to be consulted will be delivered in plastic boxes
14. The reels to be consulted will be sent with an incorporated brake.
